Video Production SKYPE

Situation: ARB tech company needed to transition its employees a new communications app called Skype.  The company needed this app installed on all company phones. 

Task: My assignment was to produce procedural quick start guide that followed principles of minimalism.  The guide needed to aid novice users on how to complete simple tasks using the product.

Action: I responded by creating a 120-minute procedural video using screen casting software Camtasia.

Results: The results of the procedural video added tremendous value to the company.  The video allowed for 100% of employees to gain access and a basic understanding of Skype in less than 48 hours.
